This particular client was in need of a design for their brand with a vehicle wrap as its main goal.
The logo was reworked several times until the client’s vision was met. Once their logo was finalized, the branding deliverables were created; business cards, vehicle magnets, NCR forms, stickers, and various-sized signage such as a 24” x 36” sign.
The vehicle wrap design went through many revisions. Because the client wanted a full wrap on their vehicle, the design was set accordingly. However, due to budget restraints, some aspects of the vehicle wrap needed to be omitted and were then changed to a partial wrap. This partial wrap was more in line with the client’s budgetary restraints.
The production files were sent to the printing company with guides on how to install. Aside from the big DMITTS type, all text is meant to be a kiss cut file, being applied on top of the vinyl after the main panels have been installed on the vehicle. The reasoning was because the type may shift or look crooked. Having them applied after the large panels are installed, gives the vinyl applicator more control. The printing company ultimately has the final say on how they were going to print the files, so I supplied files that will fit perfectly well within a 54” media width.
