Origami Playing Cards

The overall goal was to create a set of playing cards with a theme I felt appropriate. The suits are different from your average ace, clubs, etc. but still have a hierarchy. The hierarchy that was created is star (the sky above all), bird (flying above land), boat (floating on water), and fish (the sea down below). The joker is a combination of two of the suits colors, orange and violet. The back of the cards consists of shapes from the folds of origami.
