Proof Booklet
The client reached out for a design for ADA Signs with a proof booklet and production ready files to be used for their fabricator.
A meeting was set up to converse about design ideas and what is able to be fabricated, making it possible for their fabricator to create the physical deliverables. The client understands that the proof booklet is only 90% accurate, as the materials and design they wanted may have to change once fabrication begins; however, the fabricator will reach out if there are any issues before creating the final deliverable.
Production files with notes on one way to fabricate were later sent. The fabricator understands that they can change the method, but the look should not change dramatically, as to fulfill the clients vision. If any inspections fail, the client understands that some items may need to be re-fabricated to fulfill their inspection.
